Purchasing liquidation inventory can be complex. We strongly encourage you to do your research, carefully read auction listings, and understand the equipment condition definitions on our site so your business knows what to expect.
Returns
Unless inspection or testing is specifically stated in the listing, items are sold exactly as received from the client. Returns can include products sent back due to buyer’s remorse, damaged or incomplete items, or even fraudulent returns of incorrect products.
Unless otherwise noted, we do not inspect or test these items. The quality and condition of returns vary by seller and location, so buyers should expect that some portion of each lot may be unsellable. If you believe a load was misrepresented, our dispute process is available to assist you.
Retail Ready
If an auction references “retail ready,” it means the items have undergone some level of inspection and/or testing. While these items are not new and may have minor cosmetic flaws (on the product or packaging), they are generally ready for resale without further work. Buyers can bid with increased confidence.
Processed
Most of our loads are unprocessed, which provides the opportunity to find high-value items. If a load is marked as “processed,” it means that some of the higher-value items may have been removed by us or the client. This does not guarantee that every unprocessed load contains high-value items, nor does it mean that processed loads lack valuable inventory. We aim to be transparent about the condition and preparation of each lot.
